Refund Procedure

Delayed or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account first, then contact your bank as there may be a processing delay.
- If the refund is still not received, please reach out to us.
Shipping Costs
- You bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In cases of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Shipping costs for returns due to defects or our errors will be covered by us.
