Conditions for Return

  • Opened or used e-liquid or cartridges, except in cases of defects

Refund Procedure

  • After assessing the issue internally and verifying the claim, refunds or store credits will be issued.
  • Report any damages or discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery, providing photo or video evidence.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account first, then contact your bank as there may be a processing delay.
  • If the refund is still not received, please reach out to us.

Shipping Costs

  • You bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In cases of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to defects or our errors will be covered by us.
